Procedures for getting membership

1. Fill-up the membership-form:
Download / Copy the membership-form from the site on your computer. Fill it up on the computer itself. Send it as an attachment through email to our Treasurer with cc to the Zonal President / Zonal Secretary.
Alternatively, you can take a print-out of it on a plain paper. Fill it up and send by post to our Zonal Headquarters address available on the head of membership-form.

2. Deposit / remit subscription-fee:
Our Bank Account details are given below –
(a) Bank A/c in the name of: National Organization of Insurance Officers, NZ.
(b) Bank’s name, branch & branch-code: Corporation Bank, Asaf Ali Road Branch, New Delhi – 110002.
(c) Branch Code: 679.
(d) SB A/c No.: 107911 (One Zero Seven Nine One One).
You can deposit the fees directly in our above Bank Account and furnish the details of deposit while sending the membership-form.
Alternatively, you can remit the fees through DD in favour of “National Organization of Insurance Officers, NZ” payable at ‘New Delhi’.
The required fees is: Entrance fee – 5.00 + Subscription fee – 200.00. Total: 205/-.
