The maximum ceiling of Special Conveyance Allowance (being paid @ 2.5% of Basic Pay) to differently abled (Physically Handicapped) Employees has been increased from Rs.235/- per month to Rs.400/- per month w.e.f. 01.03.2011 vide CO Circular No. Personnel/ER/A/ZD/1180/ASP/2011 dated 23/03/2011 .
It is worth mention that the demand for increasing the allowance was raised by NOINO only.
