As you are aware, NOINO had demanded the immediate issue of administrative instructions for revision of Actuarial allowance vide letter dated 12.6.2010. Taking cognizance of our demand, the management has now issued instructions vide circular dated 14.6.2010 ref:- ZD/1155/ASP/2010.
