Group mediclaim - one time option

The Corporation has given a one time option for group mediclaim from 1.4.2011. The following can apply for the same:-

1. In-service employees (who are not covered ).
2.Spouse & dependent children of in-service employees.
3. Dependent parents/parents-in-law of in-service employees.
4. Retired employees eligible to be covered (who are not covered).
5. Spouse & dependent children of eligible retired employees.
6. Spouse & dependent children of deceased employees (in-service or retired).

The option is to be exercised on or before 31st March 2011. Details can be had from Jeevan Sanchar.
