Dear Sir,

STOP FURTHER IMPLEMENTATION OF E-FEAP IMMEDIATELY

You are aware of the grave situation of the above subject. You may recall that we had a discussion on this subject on 18.2.2010. We have again taken first-hand information from the branches in Mumbai DO 3 where the situation has not changed. At the cost of repetition, we would like give you the following feedbacks in one of the branch:-

NB Module----A. Out of 512 records only 314 records are extracted. Unable to trace the missing records. B. ECS registration & numbering cannot be done. C. ULIP & Wealth Plus plan numbering is not possible. D. Alternate channel options not possible.
Sales Module---Commission cannot be released.
Accounts Module----Trial Balance of December 2009 is being extracted currently.
OS Module not working.

Very few problems have been quoted above. Our union representatives have met the SRDM of Mumbai DO 3 & submitted him a memorandum yesterday. We have attached a copy of the same with this letter.
Today, we have also met Managing Director, Shri A K Dasgupta in the morning & reiterated our demand of stopping further implementation of E-FEAP until the first three branches are stabilized & that too only after year-ending closing. He assured us to look into the matter immediately. There is no point in further putting the agents, development officers, employees & most importantly the policyholders at peril.
We, therefore, once again demand that your good self should intervene immediately & stop the further implementation due on Monday, the 22nd of February 2010.
